Versace

I love Versace (pronounced versachi), it's absolutely amazing! I can't exactly afford Versace but if I could, my wardrobe would be stuffed with Versace. What can be expected from Versace:

• Studs, studs and more studs, soooo Versace!
• Leather
• Satin
• Prints such as seashells,fruits and butterflies
• White clothing with prints over them
• scarf print motif
• gold detailing
• white lepord print
• Grecian style motifs, like this;

I really like the new Versace collection "ss12"  most of the clothing and accessories in this collection are white and studded, some plain with studs, some patterned with studs. Quite interesting, some are very out there, others are with in my reach, they are very well detailed, every little stud has been carefully placed, amazing.

Knee-high socks

I am without a doubt a massive fan of this trend!!!! knee-high socks come in many different colours and patterns to match different outfits, they go great with shorts, skirts, and party dresses. They're good for times when you want to wear something short, without revealing too much so that you're whole legs are on show, or without covering up too much by wearing black tights underneath, they meet perfectly half way between the two!

Many young celebs have been spotted rocking knee-high socks, a big fan of the trend is Jade Thirlwall from little mix, she LOVES them!

I adore them, and you can get just about any colour to go with whatever outfit you pick, if you want to be daring, Wear your over the knee socks over a pair of skinny jeans you may get some looks but it shows off your personality.

The wonderful world of fashion

I have a passion for fashion, I love finding out the latest trends, learning about hot designers, seeing what's going on on the catwalk, and buying clothes of course! The fashion industry is so fast pase and very busy, and I hope to one day become part of it as a fashion editor, writing for websites and magazines, interviewing celebs and designers, hiring models and photographers, working with stylists, attending fashion shows deciding which articles get published, just thinking about it gives me butterflies! I know it isn't going to be easy getting there and I can't just jump straight into it without loads of experience, but I have my mind set on it, and I'm ready to learn, that means starting of assisting stylists for free, doing some modeling to get a better idea of what the industry is like, becoming a freelance in the fashion industry, and working my way up from there, it will take a couple of years half work but I know it's gonna be worth it in the end.

We wouldn't have such a great fashion industry today without the help of the stylists, the directors, the press, the journalists, the editors, the designers, even the celebrities who advertise the clothes, and of course the models, they all work together to bring us what's known as, FASHION!

The peplum.

The 80's inspired look is very elegant and is worn to big events by many celebrities and can make dresses appear slighty more fancy, such as an lbd.

I think Nicole looks the best in her black pelpum dress, it exposes her tiny waist and contrasts with her skin colour making the dress stand out, her hairstyle is perfect as it's sophisticated and her tied back hair allows the dress to be the focus, perfect!



The style is simply fit for royalty!































see! Even princess Kate (or should i say "princess Catherine") Is in on the trend! This blue dress accompanied by a blue pelpum blazer looks very classy on Kate, only the best for royalty! I don't think you need any more conivncing on the pelpum trend, if a princess can rock it, you sure can too!

celebrity fashion

Celebrities are kept a very close eye on when it comes to fashion. people wanna know whats hot, what's not, what's in, and what's out, and celebrities arethe first to be turned on when it comes to finding out.

Most celebrities tend to stick to a certain style, take Selena Gomez for example; she has a very elegant, kind of sophisticated fashion sense.

She really knows how to look the part. She's so classy that it seems effortless, even though she probably spends hours trying to find the perfect dress, but it's 100% worth it, just look at the outcome. she's got my approval without a doubt.



However, not everyone manages to pull off a look quite aswell as selena. Unfortunately...



Okay seriously, what is this ?! Really, I can't even make out what it is. Is it meant to be a playsuit or a dress or what? Actually it doesn't matter, the point is, it's a fashion felony, and a crime like that's gonna cost you £150 mrs.beckham!

Another fashion fail;

She's such a pretty girl with the potential to pull off an amzing dress, this dress looks bad on its own, but once it's on her you see it really doesn't flatter her figure. it looks like a silk curtain quickly cut out and sewn together in under an hour, sorry but for this you face a fine of £350.

Aztec print

Aztec print is sooo in right now and i have to say, it's such a fashion statement; fun, stylish, cute, creative, however if you wear it right, it can look sophisticated!
you'll find the print on;

the pattern is toats hot this spring and will continue to be during the summer as it is really bright and colourful which is what summer is all about!

You can find clothing of the aztec pattern in most highstreet stores and even in high fashion stores, its cheap , but stylish and I know it has a place in your wardrobe.

If your willing to take risks for the sake of fasshion, you may like to buy an aztec body con skirt :p.
