To start with, I absolutely love neutral nail varnish!

For those of you who don't already know, neutral colours are fairly pale and basic, such as pale pinks, grey-ish browns, creams, pearly pinks, greys, matte golds, etc, very basic, dull colours or duller versions of bright colours, but worn with the right outfit, they can really stand out! Nail varnish can be a really big accessory to an outfit.
