high-low skirts and dresses

I love the high-low trend! it's fun, yet sophisticated, you will find many celebrities displaying the trend whilst attending big events, but you don't have to wear the trend like them, make it your own. You can make the trend look more casual by wearing some ankle boots, a denim waistcoat , a skinny belt, and tucking in a cute little t-shirt. Or you can do a two in one, combining the popular colour blocking trend (which I may do a blog on in the near future) and the high-low trend, like this ;

They come in many different colours and patterns and they are very versatile, take the high-low skirt above for example, if she were wearing and black sequined sleeveless top, and some shiny black heels without the jacket with the skirt, it would look very formal. However, if she was wearing flat pumps, a leather jacket and a white tank top, it would look more casual and relaxed, while still looking stylish, try this for that positively effortless look.
